  • Post category:Media / Safety

Hello Everyone!

I had the honor of being a guest on this amazing podcast series inspired by Gill Kernick and her book “Catastrophe and Systemic Change – Learning from the Grenfell Tower Fire and Other Disasters”. In this episode, she hosts with news correspondent Matthew Price of the BBC, and examines what went wrong with the Boeing 737 Max aircraft. We collaborate on how we can prevent catastrophes in the future.

The co-guest on this airing is Astronaut Jim Wetherbee who was a Space Shuttle Commander on several flights to the Space Station and MIR. He is the author of book “Controlling Risk in a Dangerous World”. We discuss our thoughts on safety and share some insight from our experience.

Thank you also to Producer Philly Beaumont for allowing me to join in the very important discussion.
